Quite obviously I’m not an expert on security systems, but I was pleasantly surprised at the way that their service technician was able to answer my queries in simple terms that I understood, particularly in connection with the remote access. I am amazed at how easily the system was networked so that I can view my cameras from wherever I am using my iPhone and iPad. The installation work was completed as described, on time and for an excellent price.
